If you can find a better price on the product which we are not willing to match we will not only refund the difference, we will give you a further 20 percent off the difference. This is a genuine offer, however to keep it fair - some conditions apply.

Discount Mobility guarantees that our prices are the lowest you'll find anywhere online. You'll know you're receiving the best deals available on thousands of quality mobility products. If you happen to find a better online price out there that we are not willing to match and that meet the qualifications listed below, we will give you the difference and we will add on it 20% of that difference.

To satisfy the 30-Day Low Price Guarantee credit

  • The product must be purchased from Discount Mobility.
  • The product must be the exact same make, model, and color purchased at Discount Mobility.
  • The product must be new in original sealed box.
  • The merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock.
  • The online merchant must be an established site, as determined by Discount Mobility.
  • The online merchant must not be in violation of MAP Minimum Advertised Pricing dictated by the manufacturer for current certified dealers.
  • The online merchant must be an established dealer or current dealer for the manufacturer.



Qualifications

  • Applies to total price of purchase--including shipping, taxes and other charges that may apply
  • Applies to claims made within 30 days from the purchase date
  • Limited to only three claims in any 30-day period per customer
  • Does not apply to demo units or out of box units
  • Does not apply to new merchandise versus factory-reconditioned comparisons
  • Does not apply to services, since these prices change dynamically
  • Does not apply to auction sites, seller must have an established online store
  • Our 30-Day Low Price Guarantee is limited to a maximum of $500.00 per price match request.
  • Our 30-Day Low Price Guarantee is limited to a minimum of $20.00 per price match request.
  • Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as free shipping, coupon offers, quantity discounts or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
